Our health is our most important asset. Unfortunately, most people don’t realize that until they have lost it and spiral into sickness. Often, young people live such a lifestyle that they are setting themselves up for an old age of sickness. However, our bodies are very resilient and has an ALMOST endless capacity to renew itself. Always Tired? Try These Simple Changes

If you are tired a lot, it does not necessarily mean that you have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

To be diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome the general physical and mental tiredness must be accompanied by such conditions as memory loss, headaches and muscle pain.

General fatigue is often due to poor nutrition or faulty digestion. But we before we look at the complicated correction of digestive problems and before we create a new diet plan we should consider something as simple as sleep.

Poor sleep or inadequate sleep can cause general physical and mental tiredness. There are many possible causes of poor sleep. Your bed or pillow may be uncomfortable and prevent you resting properly. Snoring and sleep apnia can result in disturbed, incomplete sleep. Obesity contributes to snoring. Tension and anxiety can deprive you of sleep as can depression. Smoking, alcohol and drugs can also cause poor sleep. Simply eating too soon before bedtime or drinking coffee too late in the evening can affect the quality of your resting hours. Read more
