5 Tips on Health and Sickness

Our health is our most important asset. Unfortunately, most people don’t realize that until they have lost it and spiral into sickness. Often, young people live such a lifestyle that they are setting themselves up for an old age of sickness. However, our bodies are very resilient and has an ALMOST endless capacity to renew itself. It usually does a marvelous job all on its own.
However, sometimes it needs a bit of help. Daily maintenance, such eating healthily, keeping active and keeping clean helps a lot, but sometimes it needs a bit more help. I don’t only mean going to a doctor or into a hospital. Those are serious cases. I just mean simple home remedies or over-the-counter treatments. I have put five of my favourites below. Read more
